Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times, such as holidays and sales, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times and costs - FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100
We ship from our warehouse located in Ontario Canada. We currently ship to Canada only. Your shipping times will vary based on your selection at check-out.
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 0-0.8kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $20
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 0.81-1kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $25
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 1.1-5kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $30
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada, using standard shipping, weighing 5-10kg will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling of $50
